HomeLess Made was born from Barons Court Project, the only drop-in centre in Hammersmith and Fulham dedicated to supporting those experiencing homelessness or living with mental health conditions. At the centre, guests create art together as a way to combat isolation and promote self-expression. Their artwork is inspiring—so much so that it led to the launch of HomeLess Made, an initiative that transforms creativity into opportunity.
Now, these greeting cards find a home at Handmade Stories, where customers can interact with these meaningful designs. Each card carries a deeper story of resilience and hope.
A Shared Mission
Handmade Stories and HomeLess Made are united by a belief in the power of storytelling— through weaving or brushstrokes.
By stocking HomeLess Made’s cards in our store, we are not only sharing these beautiful works of art with our community but also directly supporting the artists behind them. Every purchase contributes to a sustainable cycle: 50% of all profits go directly to the artist, while the other half helps fund Barons Court Project, ensuring continued access to art materials, workshops, and a safe creative space.
