We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply, you'll be able to review them at checkout before making your purchase. Shipping costs are based on weight and country.

The time it takes for your order to reach you depends on where you are. We aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

UK orders are usually delivered in 2-4 working days from the time of dispatch. European orders usually arrive within a week and overseas orders can take over 2 weeks.

We'll provide delivery details in your confirmation email so you know when to expect your package.

We hope you love our products, but if you need to return something you can do so within 14 days of receiving it as long as it is still in perfect condition and still has the tags attached.

There are a few items that cannot be returned, such as jewellery and hair accessories.
